stampotique challenge

It's Polly's turn to host The Stampotique Challenge this time and she is asking us to alter something.  I've altered an envelope, one of my favorite things to do.

I painted, spritzed and dripped to create the background.  I used a few stamps to create the background: scalloped lace border, squiggle armshexagon, collage definition, and daisy, daisy stamp.   I stamped the chair and the starbird with chick on patterned paper and hand cut them out.  I added the sentiment, love travels, next.  For added color I used markers and gel pens.

If you would like to join in on the fun you can find all about the details here.  If you play you will have a chance to win a $30.00 gift certificate towards Stampotique stamps, and really, who couldn't use more stamps?!
