stampotique challenge time

this week at stampotique, jane has asked us to make some thing that incorporates our new year(s) resolutions.  i made a page in my stampotique journal.

i used acrylics, stencils and markers to complete a background. to create the "floor" i used my rubber stamp, steampunk border, and used markers and gel pens to fill it in. i used my rubber stamp, stacked boxes,  and stamped it on patterned paper and cut it out to use as a place to list some things i want to be more mindful of this year. i used my rubber stamp, bird lady, and stamped her on a scrap of paper i painted, and after cutting her out i added it to the page and finished coloring her in with markers and gel pens.

stampotique challenge time

this week at stampotique, kim howard has asked us to make calendar pages, journal covers or pages, diaries etc.  i made a page in my stampotique journal.

i used acrylics, stencils and markers to complete the background. i used my  party dog and stamped him on a scrap of vintage book text i painted, and after cutting him out i added him to the page.  i used dream in color and stamped it on vintage text paper and cut it apart to use the "in color" part only.
