i am also keeping a watercolor scrap journal that i work in from time to time. here is a page that i recently did. i love doing all the backgrounds in my journals i make before i write in them. i am not sure why i work that way but i like to be able to pull a journal from my shelf and know it's ready to start writing in.

more rubber stamps

i received some exciting news from stampotique a few weeks ago telling me that they are going to produce more rubber stamps for my line i have with them. i worked diligently in florida since the deadline for submissions was going to be when i was back in pennsylvania and i wouldn't have access to my art computer. since i am sworn to secrecy about the actual designs, i think it is safe for me to say that these next stamps will be more "doodly" in nature. i'm pretty sure "doodly" isn't a word, but hopefully it will give your imagination a work out. look for the next batch of stamps to come out in the next few months. i hope you are excited about them as i am!

a journal class

here is a closer look inside from one of the journal classes i teach. i had a couple requests asking to see the journal up close. i am finally getting around to showing you one of the page spreads. thanks for being patient with me.

i've been published

one of my journal page spreads was recently published in a norwegian magazine called Ett Trykk. the issue came out in april but i wasn't allowed to share the photo til may. i can't wait to receive my magazine copy to see all the other artists work. what an honor to be contacted by such a fine magazine.
