stampotique challenge time

this week for the stampotique challenge, jane has asked us to use a stencil on our creation.  i used sprays and stencils to create the backgroun in my stampotique journal.
I used my rubber stamps,  flying bird and heart vine rubber stamps.  The sentiment seems to ironically fit that bird.

    I saw your creation on Stampotique's blog and just had to tell you how much I love it. The saying is great and your stamps are so much fun!! Have to go back and purchase a few, but just wanted to tell you that you give me much inspiration and I am a fan of your art.
