stampotique challenge time
this week at stampotique, valerie has asked to do a challenge where we create something from an envelope. we were suppose reinvent it somehow.
i created this little money/gift holder. after i used acrylic paints to color it, i folded it in half and used a punch to create a hole to see the stamped word fly on the inside. i used my flying bird rubber stamp and used pop dots to place it over the ribbon. the scallop lace border is also one of my stamps.
i used my scissors to cut down the flap at the fold line and then iglued the left side of the envelop together. the right side of the flap is not glued and opens up to place a gift inside.
if you would like to join in on the fun you can find all about the details by clicking the above link. if you play you will have a chance to win a $30.00 gift certificate towards stampotique stamps, and really, who couldn't use more stamps?!
