i painted it with acrylic paints. i glued a magazine photo into the inside of the envelope after i altered it slightly. to make the address label i used my rubber stamp steampunk border and colored it in with gel pens and paint markers.
the sentiment just be u is one of my rubber stamps. i altered that with gel pens and paint pens, too. i used the rubber stamp seaweed as well.

I have only recently come to know about "mail art," and I am intrigued by it. Your project is such a perfect example for it! So colorful, full of interest and intrigue...what's inside??? Love it!
